Discover the power of journaling as a tool for self-expression, self-discovery, and personal growth in this immersive workshop led by Distinee Gayle of Fully Bloomed.
Journaling is widely recognized as being beneficial. We know we should do it, but few of us do. Do you have the tools you need? Are you struggling with consistency or motivation to make it a daily habit? What do you even write about? Our workshop covers it all and transforms the practice of journaling from a daunting chore to the most treasured part of your daily routine.
Attendees will be guided through a breathwork meditation and restorative journaling session. This workshop is for those who are seeking to establish a journaling practice for the very first time as well as those who are already devoted. Each ticket includes a journal (your choice of either a Fully Bloomed vegan leather or plain black). Come as you are, and leave with a refreshed perspective and a deeper connection to yourself.
