If you’re interested in playing music at a Cowork Frederick or Cowork Frederick Foundation event, please complete the form below. We’ll be back in touch within a week.

You’ll be asked if you’ve read the Musician Agreement. You can read it here.
You’ll also be asked to provide a headshot and a link where we can listen to samples of your music. We may use them when promoting the program and the Frederick Artists Night event and, by sending them to us, you give us permission to do so.
