Artist of the Month Sign-Up

If you’re interested in being an Artist of the Month, please complete the form below. We’ll be back in touch within a week. If you’re approved for the program, we’ll contact you to confirm the month you will participate.

You’ll be asked if you’ve read the Artist of the Month Agreement. You can read it here.
You’ll also be asked to provide a headshot and pictures of your art. We’ll use both when promoting the program and the Frederick Artists Night event and, by sending them to us, you give us permission to do so.
